5 Minute WORKOUT/GYM Hairstyles ★ Long & Medium Hair

Hey guys today i'm going to show you 2 easy workout hairstyles that will stay in place when you're working out, so i hope you like them and let's get into it The first hairstyle is a bobble ponytail and its just more interesting then a normal ponytail and it only take minutes to do So the first thing you have to do is to make a ponytail where every you want it to be and then take a section of hair from under the ponytail and wrap it around to cover the elastic and then secure it with a bobby pin Now you are going to tease the top part of the ponytail so the fist bobble has some volume Then you are going to take a clear elastic or one that fits your haircolor and then secure that a few centimeters down on the ponytail.

So now you are going to tighten the ponytail a bit and then start pulling in the hair in-between the 2 elastics to create the first bobble So when you like the way it looks then repeat all the steps until you reach the end of the ponytail, so tease the top part of the ponytail, then tie another elastic on the hair a few centimeters down and then pull in the hair in-between the 2 elastics to create a bobble When you reach the end of the ponytail then you are done and this is hairstyle no. 1 So the next hairstyle is 2 dutch braids into a ponytail so the first thing you have to do is to split your hair in 2 down the back of your head and clip one side away.

Now you're going to create a dutch braid in this section and if you dont know how to do a dutch braid, then I have a dutch braid step by step tutorial for beginners, so if you want a in depth tutorial then it will be linked down below so you can go and check it out. When you reach the nape of your neck, you are just going to braid the hair like a normal braid a few times, before tieing it of with an elastic and then you are going to do the exact same thing on the other side. When the braids are done, you're going to fan out the braids and really pull in them to make them really big. Now take the braids and tie them together into a ponytail, and then you are going to take the smaller elastics out. So if you want the braid to be bigger then pull in the sides again to fan them out and then you are going to take some hair from under the ponytail and then wrap it around to cover the elastic and then you are done.
